Refund policy
At Aura Store, customer satisfaction is important, but we also maintain strict conditions to ensure fairness.
1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns if:
- The item is damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was received
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo/video proof
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size/choice by customer
- Minor differences in color or appearance
- Used or damaged items after delivery
3. Refunds
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–15 business days
We may offer:
- Replacement instead of refund (preferred option)
4. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
- If the issue is our fault, we will cover the cost
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them
- After that, processing begins and cancellation is not guaranteed
6. Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
You may be charged:
- Redelivery fee
OR - Partial refund (shipping deducted)
