Refund policy

At Aura Store, customer satisfaction is important, but we also maintain strict conditions to ensure fairness.


1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was received

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo/video proof

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size/choice by customer
  • Minor differences in color or appearance
  • Used or damaged items after delivery

3. Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–15 business days

We may offer:

  • Replacement instead of refund (preferred option)

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the issue is our fault, we will cover the cost

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them
  • After that, processing begins and cancellation is not guaranteed

6. Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable

You may be charged:

  • Redelivery fee
    OR
  • Partial refund (shipping deducted)
