We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partners.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 3–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location within the UAE
  • Product availability
  • Courier delays

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
    OR
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a confirmation message/email
  • Tracking details (if available) will be provided

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer not responding
  • Customer unavailable

We may:

  • Charge a redelivery fee
    OR
  • Cancel the order with shipping costs deducted

7. Delays & Liability

While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or logistics issues

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • We will investigate with the courier

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
